Delhivery - Delhivery courier services lost my wedding lehnga worth and never responded to 100 complains

I booked delhivery doorstep pickup to send my wedding lehnga to my hometown. It was picked up on **th of October from Delhi and it was supposed to reach patna on **th October. It did not get delivered. When I started making inquiries. I got an update that it is in pune. When I requested to verify I was told that they cannot find my parcel. They do not have any customer care number. I wrote them ** mails everyday never got a reply. I wrote ** tweets they never replied. I even reached out to the higher management personally by mail and never got any response. I am getting married in ** days and they lost my wedding lehnga and jewellery. They are causing mental emotional and physical traumas to their customers and not even owning up to their incompetencies.
