Ordered two no,s of eyewear frames from lenskart on ** oct,****...due to fitting issues i hv returned the both frames.. Upon receiving them ,on ** nov.****,lenskart sent me a message to my mobile no, stating that refund is initiated against my order id ********** through the original payment mode(paid through net banking).. generally the amount reflects within *- *days..but from the last week i m talking to the customer support agent..but in vain...they jst talk ,do nothing..even asked my bank account statement...i hv provided it ..still these cheating company peoples are not taking the matter seriously..i think they hv jst sent me a false msg about the refund initiaion..i ask the refund transaction no..they didnot provide the same..so people ,beware from lenskart...

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
