I got poco f* in black colour yesterday * dec **** and i raise a replacement request as the same day.
*) i got different colour mobile.
*) many scratch's on charger. It is a used product.
*) no polythene on the mobile box. ( not properly packed ).
replacement accepting date shown on flipkart is * december **** and today is ** december **** I don't get any resolution from flipkart. please resolve my problem as soon as possible.
all details are attached ( screenshot ).
