We visited Cinepolis, BSR Mall Chennai on **th March to watch Dhurandhar at *:** PM IST. During the purchase of food at our seats inside the screen, Cinepolis staff asked us to tap and then insert the card on the POS machine, resulting in a duplicate charge of ₹*,*** being deducted twice. We promptly shared the transaction details & all the support documents the same day and were assured that the amount would be reversed within * days. However, it has now been almost over * weeks, and we have not received the refund or any update despite repeated follow-ups via your WhatsApp support (+**-**********) and email channels. We need full refund plus any interest charges applicable and a clear compensation for the delays.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
