I paid for movie tickets at the Cinepolis ticket counter which is debited from my account but the transaction was cancelled due to their system failure. I was told that the amount will refunded with *-* days and it's been ** days and no refund was received.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
