Cinepolis India Private Limited - Unwarranted behaviour of Staff of Cinepolis Bhubaneswar

Today i .e on ** Jan **** while ordering F&B from Cinepolis Bhubaneswar the staff Varsha handed over plain CO* and water instead on soft drink. After that when confronted they tried to wish away the thing without addressing the issue. The way the consumers are ill treated by a leading hospitality brand is appalling,unforgivable and unfortunate. On top of that the manager Mir behaves as if they own the place. Such kind of unfortunate behaviour on issues by the Staff inspite of being aware that they are speaking to an Army Officer displays the utter lack of empathy and consumer satisfaction in a hospitality brand of repute.Absolutely horrible behaviour by Staff which creates a bad impression about the brand.
