I live in Patna. On ** Nov ****, my **‑year‑old sibling accidentally booked a movie ticket in the Cinepolis app while exploring it. The default city remained Ambala, so a ticket was created for Ambala Fun Mall by mistake. We cannot use this ticket.
Details" Movie Fun Galaxy (HAQ), Screen *, Show ** Nov **:** PM, Seat J‑**. Amount ₹*** paid via UPI (Ref ************).
I immediately submitted feedback on Cinepolis website and also contacted support via X DM and email, but received only a policy response denying refund/cancellation. Requesting resolution: refund to source OR a ***% voucher/credit usable in Patna as a one‑time goodwill for a minor’s mistake.
