I had ordered an air conditioner (Blue Star Convertible * in * Cooling **** Model) from Flipkart . ORDER ID : OD******************
This was cancelled on the day of its delivery that was on **th September . But the app failed to update this and it’s still showing out for delivery . I started calling Flipkart regarding this issue from **th of September , they just keep telling me to wait . The customer support was absolutely useless. I haven’t received any product nor there was any mistake from my side but still my refund is pending . Every time I call the customer support they tell me that there is a technical error from their side and till date they did not bother to fix it . Because of this issue I had to settle my credit card( through which this purchase was made ) from my savings account which would otherwise would have been settled with the refund money . So now if the refund arrives in future my credit card will remain over-settled, which would be a double loss of money to me
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
