Swiggy delayed my food delivery by *.* hours and the delivery order is amiss with one item. Not just the delay, their customer care is pathetic. Their are closing the case without resolving the case. swiggy made me wait in sheer hunger for past *.* hours. I had my dinner at **:** in the night where as i used to have the dinner by **:**.
The order was not received in the restaurant due to swiggy software issue. This is my second time (Dec *th) and cancels the order due to their software glitch. I didn't complain about this. Again the same situation occurred with me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
