I had placed an order on Jiomart on **th February. Product name is boat bass heads *** in ear wired earphones, worth ***/-. First the scheduled delivery date was ** February, later it got changed to ** th February. But till * pm of today my order is not delivered. I have tried calling and chatting with customer service multiple times, one of them behaved rudely and refused to help also.
Later I got message from courier service that my order could not be delivered because of customer being unavailable and not contactable which is utterly wrong. None tried to connect with me for delivery.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
