Shipment has been received in the nearest facility on *September and since then everyday their software says its out for delivery and today is **th september and yet its not reached to me. I have sent lot of emails and messages on their whatsap support but nothing happened. I have reached to a point where I am not sure whether I will receive my product or not. They dont even have a decency to call and let us know why it has been delayed. I have been totally harassed by them
