I have booked ticket from hyderabad to Ravulapalem. Before the bus arrival, I contacted the driver and he said it will * to * hrs to reach my boarding place. I am a **yrs girl who was standing there alone at *pm. How am I supposed to wait there alone till **am. Then I got into another bus which was having single empty seat by paying again but I have already paid for the before bus. Since it's your mistake, I want my money black which I have paid for the delayed bus.
