I ordered a mobile phone through * day delivery promise on flipkart on **st April. Which was supposed to and promised to reach me by **pm on **nd April.
The initial shipping hub was barely at **km distance from me, in Bhiwandi. The phone was then at my nearest delivery hub at *km distance from my residence at *pm on **nd April afternoon. The promised delivery was until **pm on **nd April. The package did not move from my nearest warehouse for the entire day even after my multiple requests and complaints to the flipkart customer care.
This is a serious concern since neither their logistics teams is able to deliver their promise, nor is their customer service wing able to provide any sort of resolution. I had even offered to simply travel to the warehouse to pickup my package, or contact the warehouse to arrange a quick alternative delivery. But all of my requests were conveniently denied by the customer service personnel.
I need to be compensated for the frustration, inconvenience and cheating faced because of flipkart's ignorance on all levels. This is shambolic and absolutely unacceptable.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
