On **-**-**, the package reached Madhavaram Site which is approximately **km away from my home.
I haven't received my package yet. When I tried calling their support number *********** it always says busy. None from Delhivery team tried to reach me either.
On Friday, **-**-** I just gave a shot of continuous call upon busy, almost after **+ attempt I got their line... Went through the IVR and put me on hold to wait for an executive... That went for another ** minutes...
Finally when I receive the customer care executive, they says the same status mentioned in the site. When I asked them the local Madhavaram site number, they say that is confidential, when I ask why delay they say some operational challenge, when I asked what is that, they say that is confidential. They committed to delivery the product today before **:** hrs... When I called them again today to confirm the same... I had to undergo the same pain in reaching them (** continuous call, **+ minutes waiting) and today surprisingly the executive says again they will try to deliver today.
I am not sure what is happening... Need help badly...
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
