*. I ordered this item on * April **** and then it was showing an expected delivery date of * April ****. On * April, the app showed a new delivery date of * April, on * April it is showing a delivery date of ** April, and now on ** April, **** it is showing an expected delivery date of ** April. I have made payment of my order at the time of ordering the product. I needed my product on * April and I only ordered it because it was showing a delivery date of * April ****.
*. I have called the customer care executive * times before, but the only response I got was that we will get back to you in * to * days.
*. I want proof of action against my complaint and I want an email stating actions Jiomart will take if delivery of my product is delayed or my product is canceled.
