I ordered for FASTag on **/**/**** and delivery date was **/**/****. When I checked on Dec *rd it was not yet dispatched. Hence, thought of contacting paytm and sent an message on Dec *th asking for the status. There was no reply and I decided to call them. Waiting for **mins to talk to an agent. When I informed my issue they told me that it is been shipped and gave a tracking number stating it is of express courier with the tracking number *************. They promised me that it was shipped and will be delivered by Dec *th. Till now I have not received the product. Also in order status it is still showing not yet picked up and delivery date is extended to Dec *th. Here, I need to file a complaint against the false promised on delivery dates provided by paytm. I agree that there will be slight delay in deliver dates. However, providing a fake tracking number and promising that it will be delivered by Dec *th is cheating . If they had a proper tracking number it should have been updated in app stating that it has been picked up and there should be tracking number updated. I have attached a screenshot of the order status
