I made an order at Zomato with order id : ********** on **th Dec., **** (**:** PM) from a restaurant called " Andhra Bhojanam & Pulaos". At the time of order it was mentioned that this order would get delivered with in ** minutes. Order wasn't delivered till *:** PM; I chatted with the customer care for the cancellation of the order as, it took very long delays. They denied to do so stating the reason of " Food would get waste", and finally they delivered at *:** PM (more than double the time of promise). To my surprise, the food was not properly packed and food got spilled over the carry bag. I took this issue (along with photograph)to them for the resolution. With arrogance, they replies that the food is still with in the carry-bag and can be consumed so, they would pay me INR ** as a coupon for next order. It is the question of the amount I paid, the arrogance behaviour and asking me to consume the food which was spilled over in the carry bag. It is not at all acceptable behaviour.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
