B J JOB filed complaint against DTDC on May 2, 2024
We had an urgent consignment booked on **th april from Kundli vide LR No D********. On checking the tracking status it was found that the consignment has reached the destination hub on **th. It was further found that on **th and ** there is was updated activity on tracking site as, receiver requested delivery on another date" which was never known to us. When we called local delivery agent they were too rude and rough with us and stated that we can not deliver and if we want come and pick it up or else we will deliver when ever they like to deliver. As the consignment is urgent items, please do the needful to deliver the items at the earliest at the address mentioned while booking. We would also like to know how can they update the tracking site that customer has requested for delayed delivery as we are not aware of such request from our side.
