Dear Team,
First place my experience with flipkart is never good cause of product and service they provided.
recently i bought a infinix y* ** inches TV.in this there is hang issue.means when the TV connect with the WIFI all apps start push and play issues.as per the process tech visit has to be done,now it is ** days and still that visit is pending and now he stated he will not come as my company instructed to me for this.
Regarding this i called customer service and explain the issues but after ** days still my problem is remain same. every day i get a EVR call for tech visit schedule but that technician cancel at his end with the remark "CUSTMER IS DONOT WANT VISIT".
have mention all the points at the time of feedback submission.but still no calls and no solutions they have provided to me. being customer i would say please do not shop with flipkart.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
