Kia india - Defects and fraud while selling the car

*. Fast tag amount was told Rs. *** but received Rs. *** only.
*. Complete car wash.
*. Complete teflon coating and polishing as per the “Car Care package”
*. Upper paint protection and coating.
*. Anti rust coating on door hinges with bottom and complete car
*. Engine and Silencer protection not done
*. *layer – *D/*D Floor mats was committed but during delivery, it was told out of stock
*. Seat covers and Staring cover
*. Scratches on the outer body (white) and on bumper to be removed.
**. Scratches on the black panel on doors to be removed.
**. Big scratch was observed on the middle seat which is non removable but it was assured that replacement would be done.
**. On the center console, the leather/rexin part is torn and it was told that replacement will be done.
**. The inside roof was very much dirty and black finger/hand prints were observed on all door sides which cannot be removed and it was assured that it would be done free of cost and dry-clean would be done multiple times in future.
