Joy Saha filed complaint against Flipkart on Oct 8, 2021
I have Purchased a Thomson TV from flipkart worth *****(+**** for warranty) in exchange for my existing TV and some extra amount. The TV was delivered to me on *th October andhe installation was done on *th October around *:**PM. Post that there was an andriod update which was initiated by installation guy and post that he left. After andriod update, The display was totally gone and I have complained the same to Flipkart twotter handle as well as I have also requested for replacement. Since them, they have assured that I have to wait for tech visit and replacement which was them scheduled for *th October . But today, *th October, that was cancelled too without any intimation mentioning that technition visit was done and there was no fault found whereas there was no technition visit at all ALl calls went unanswered or the executives willing dropped call after keeping on hold. They are not budging. Please help to get full refund of the product as well as my old TV which was taken away
