I had purchased a 'Sony WI-C*** Wireless Neck-Band Headphones' dated **/Sep/**** thru one of outlet Sony Center, **, M.G. Marg, Hazratganj, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. And very next day when myself start using it found an issue with its microphone as it is very sensitive, i would say faulty, pics up lot of noises from surroundings. The worst part is myself hear own voice echoed and amplified coming through the mic which is very, very disturbing.
Such issues were never explained/detailed by Sony Center Executive as they neither explained such functionality/problems.
On **/Oct/**** I visited another Sony Center to show the problem and executive available there agreed to this problem and said to consult Sony Care. Thereafter, I visited Sony Care and they said it is a probelm/issue available in all headphones of this series however you may leave your headphone to us to check and replace whch would take almost *-* days.
Also, I visited e-commerce website for getting feedback, refer snapshot attached, about this product and found that Sony Care exeutive statement is correct which were never been informed by Sony Center executive while selling this product.
I had trust on Sony Products and never expected of such things/faulty/failed product. Therefore finially, I understood this as miscommunication/error/negligence of Sony and I decided to call for refund instead of replacement.
I stand by my decisin and thus ask you to look into this matter and reimburse the ammount paid for it.
