respected sir/mam,i have bought aura-lava * inch tab, on july **-****,at poorvika mobiles pvt ltd-theni cumbum road for study purpose.since august **,it not properly worked well.on august **,i gave my tab to poorvika,to know the reason for that issue,on august ** they told "motherboard got damaged".only ** days i used that tab,then how it is possible,motherboard got damaged?so i want refund or alternate new product or *years of guaranteed motherboard from them.so,please kindly intervene &solve my issue.
