I am filing this complaint against Poorvika Mobiles Pvt Ltd for failure to process refund on cancelled orders.

Issue: No refund or update after *+ days despite emails to support@poorvika.com.
Amount: ******
RBI Violation: Delay beyond * working days, liable for ₹***/day compensation.
Request: Immediate refund + compensation for delay. Attached: Order screenshots, cancellation proof, emails.
