Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited - Breach of Warranty Mobile Phone

Myself K. Geetha, D/o. Krishna Ramanujam (Late) aged ** with Aadhaar no of ************ and I'm a single unmarried woman living with the help of my mother Mrs. Krishnammal who is receiving a pension of my late father's teaching profession. I'm living with my mother and taking care of her and we do not have any male support for our livings. We don't have any extra income other than the pension received by my mother since I do not work due to age and the responsibility I have to take care of my aged mother.

I had purchased a brand new NOKIA **** DS Black color mobile bearing an IMEI number of *************** from the shop of M/s. Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited located in Door No. */*/*, Main Road, Opposite to Old bus stand, kovilpatti ******, Tamilnadu, Ph-********** GSTIN **AAECP****G*Z* and PAN no. AAECP****G. Mobile phone purchased with invoice number of GSI/KOV*/*** dated **/**/****.
The above said product was sold with full product replacement warranty of * months if any issues / malfunctional of product. And also it came with parts replacement warranty for * year if there are any parts malfunctional.
Within a week of purchasing of said product from the said seller, the product was not functioning and I had reported the same with seller immediately. Seller representative told me that the simcard inserted was not good; that was the reason for the product was not functioning and instructed me to buy a new simcard to use the mobile phone. Upon this advice of seller's representative, I bought a new simcard and inserted into the mobile an tried; yet it was not working. Immediately I reported the same to seller's representative personally. They had received the mobile phone and told me come back in a week by saying that they would do investigation. After a week seller's representative called me to report to the seller place to receive the mobile phone. I happily went there to receive my mobile phone in working condition. But it was not working that time also. Yet the seller's representative told me to try/use it for a week and even then if you face issues, we can replace the mobile phone.
I was tired of trying to use the mobile phone, but it was not working. Hence I reported the same to Seller. But there was no proper response from them. I had been running behind them for many weeks / months at this age, yet they didnot show any mercy towards me.
Hence I decided to file a complaint in the honorable court of consumer, thoothukudi and submitted a petition for claiming a sum of INR.*****.** for making me to face such kind activities done by the mobile phone seller.
I have the faith in The honorable Court - Consumer believing that justice will be served to the right
I have attached the detailed petition in Tamil, Aadhaar Card, Mobile phone receipt.
