Kartic Shiva filed complaint against Poorvika Mobiles Private Limited on Mar 8, 2023
I bought a ***** worth mobile from Poorvika Adambakkam Chennai last weekend this March ****. I told them to use IDFC emi but since they didn't have it they tried for Bajaj finance and it got approved. Since I have little low Cibil score they added Aditya Bajaj health insurance to it also and NEVER INFORMED ME. Then I checked Bajaj app and found that out and gave a complaint to Bajaj Finance for which they said they informed Poorvika however they never told me anything. The emi for health insurance is *** monthly for * months. I already gave a complaint to Poorvika customer care and it's been forwarded to Adambakkam branch but no response till now. Kindly help me. I need justice.
