I ordered a Mi Truly Wireless * Earphones on ** May I received the product on ** May. The delivery guy just tossed the parcel infront of our building gate. I rushed to get parcel. The box was tampered a bit but I thought that shouldn't be a issue. I unboxed it and now it doesn't even work. I tried to get in contact with the company but the service center doesn't picks up the call, no replies to my emails and the chat support are asking me to go visit a service center even though I have ** days replacement guarantee.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
