Chillakuru Harsha Vardhan filed complaint against Apple on Dec 25, 2019
My Apple watch is defective. As per the information in Apple website, I should approach Apple support for this but they are unable to resolve my problem and are asking me to approach to the reseller. Since he is not an authorized apple reseller he is unable to solve my problem as well. I strongly believe that it should be resolved by Apple customer support.
