Hello....maine **th March **** ko realme q* earbuds purchase Kiya tha....earbuds connect ni ho ra tha...realme service centre me next day leke gyi to unhone next day bulaya or bola ki exchange hoke mil jaayega. Aaj * month hone ko aaye...* month me *-* baar wo log bula chuke or hr baar call krke bolte h ki product shi ho gya h aap aake le lijiye..jaane pe product work ni krta...jb shi hua ni to call krke bulate kyu h...itni dhoop me main lene jaati or preshan hoti .main ek advocate hu mjhe earbuds ki need thi isliye maine liya... New lene ka kya fayda jb * month tk use hi na ho . Ab kb milega pta ni ..I want my money back.. mjhe earbuds ni chahiye apki company ka jiski service aisi ho..mjhe mere paise return kr dijiye
