Flipkart - Defective product

I purchased Maharaja white line** liters cooler on *th May ****.
Said product suddenly stopped working next day. I tried placing return request for same through application several times but I was getting error as something went wrong and my request did not complete.

I placed the request for call back and I received call from agent some mr.rathore. I told he entire story and he said that he is not able to take request for return as his system is not available.
He informed me that system related issue will get resolved by **th May **** and post that request can be taken.

I told him that product is under * days return policy and by **may ,* days will get over. He said cannot help as system not working.
I asked to transfer call to senior.

Senior desk ms. Huda spoke to me and gave me same story.....
I want to ask why serious are kept in Flipkart if they too answer like robotic agents who pick up calls at call center.

Anyways that's your look out.
My issue is . This pathetic product what I purchased from Flipkart is not working and I need refund of same.

I made a huge mistake by purchasing from Flipkart normally I shop from Amazon and their services are so excellent..

I need this to get solved in next * calendar days either your system works or doesn't that's not my lookout .
