Hi,
I purchased an Asus laptop from Flipkart, which was delivered on the **rd of April. However, the product was defective and thus I asked for a return immediately the following day on **th of April. The company informed me that they'll send me a technician to check the issue, of which none ever came. They later said that they'll do a replacement but unfortunately they also didn't perform it, and later said that they'll not replace it. After reaching out again to them yesterday on **th of April, they said they'll send a technician by latest *rd May to resolve the issue, but today on **th of April I received communication informing me that the issue has been resolved, without a technician coming. They've cut further communication from me and I can't reach them either by phone or email, and thus I'm stuck with a product which can't be used in any way.
Kindly assist. I'll appreciate your help.
