I am writing to formally raise a grievance regarding my order placed on *th January, which turned out to be defective and has not worked properly since purchase. For the past * months, I have been facing continuous difficulties, raising multiple complaints, yet no resolution has been provided. Despite repeated follow-ups: • On **th August, I was informed that my issue would be resolved in * business days. • On **nd August, a supervisor assured me that if there was no update within * days, they would help with either a refund or return. I was asked to wait until today. • However, when I called today, I was told that the previous ticket was raised incorrectly and now I must wait * more business days. • Another supervisor I spoke with then asked me to wait * business days but could not provide me with a complaint number or reference ID, stating that doing so may cause further delays. This repeated miscommunication and constant postponement has left me with no complaint reference, no clear timeline, and no resolution. The brand (VW) is not responding, and Amazon continues to extend deadlines without accountability. It is extremely disappointing that a trusted platform like Amazon has failed to resolve such a long-standing issue. I have been patient for * months, but the time wasted, the stress caused, and the repeated false assurances are unacceptable. I request your urgent intervention to: *. Process an immediate refund or return, whichever is feasible. *. Provide me with a valid complaint reference number. *. Offer compensation for the inconvenience and distress caused due to repeated delays and lack of resolution.
