Avijit Gupta filed complaint against Asus India on May 1, 2019
An Asus Laptop was sold to me with multiple defects. Engineers could not diagnose the problem until my third visit to the service centre. Then my motherboard was replaced. While replacing they damaged my product (Physical scratch on the lid). Then my speaker burst. They were replaced. By this time the laptop had visited the service centre * times in * months. Now they have sent me a bill of Rs **,*** saying the damage was not caused by them during service whereas I filed a complaint regarding the damage to their customer support on the same day that I received my product. I have asked for a replacement from the very first day as ASUS provides replacements within the first * days of purchase. They have been delaying the process and lying about everything from the beginning.
