Shrutika Shinde filed complaint against Flipkart on Apr 8, 2022
Flipkart sent me a defective cooler. The cooler did not had its wheels level hence it was a complete defective piece. We thought of replacing it with another one but everyone including Flipkart's own serviceman told us that all the coolers from this brand are defective. Owing to that we decided to return the exisiting one and denied the replacement by Flipkart (as advised to us by the Flipkart service guy). After denying the replacement, Flipkart told us that they will not be taking the existing cooler back as well. Such a shame, you deliver a defective product and then have the audacity to shove it down the throat of innocent consumers in the name of your policy? The escalation manager told us that they had some policies however the policy clearly stated that return is possible if the product is defective. Do you think that customer is a fool? Absolute harassment and rubbish.
