Flipkart - Defective product delivered and return request cancelled

i ordered realme narzo ** phone on flipkart and the product was defective like the calls were getting dropped and calls were not audible, so i wanted to return it but there was only replacement no refund and all, okay so i placed for a replacement request and then i had to wait for like * * days for their call and explain what is the problem and all and they asked me to go through some initial settings and all but the problem didnt resolve, so they sent a technician and that guy was asking me to come like **kms away from the delivered address that too like he took * * days to agree to come to the delivered address. okay he came and just did a software update and updated that the issue has been resolved but the problem still didnt resolve. now i placed another replacement request this time again i had to go through the the call and all and said that they will be sending a technician again, i said in detail about the previous thing i had gone though and all but after some day they reject my request now i have a defective product at had no proper support from thier side keep saying that return period is just * days from the order but the thing is they have wasted all the time they can and no proper solution been given.
