I order an Ergonomic chair from Pepperfry and it was delivered and assembled. After assembly, I noticed that the backrest was loose and shaking.
I registered a return request, they sent over a carpenter to validate. He shouted at us that the product is good and the fixtures are also good and the backrest is expected to be loose and shaky. Based on this, Pepperfry has denied my return on the grounds that the product is perfect but I am not satisfied with it.
How is an ergonomic chair expected to have a loose backrest? The service did not respond after carpenter inspection for multiple days and I had to follow up several times post which they denied the return on these grounds.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
