Received the product on **th Night,and accordingly kept on charge as mentioned in guidelines and later on tried pairing through my mobile which was not pairing and neither the blue or red light was blinking,tried multiple times,but when i'm trying with keeping the device charging it's getting paired,and when removing its getting off .
As per your customer care they told me to take a picture of the boat Rockerz box of both the ends & send .accordingly i have sent on **st August.
MY ORDER NO.ORDER ID : ********* boAt Rockerz *** T Wireless Neckband.
After that that i have sent multiple mails & done lots of followups,they reply saying will get back within ** hrs.Today is *th of September still no one has come to collect my return order.
Complaints raised No.
