मैंने नवंबर में Flipkart से pigeon की चिमनी खरीदी जो बाद में इंस्टॉल करने पर उसमे डिफेक्ट पाया मैंने कंपनी के कस्टमर केयर से बात की साथ में e mail किया ईमेल अकाउंट में रिप्लाई भी है company मकैनिक भी भेजा पर लास्ट * से * महीने से ना तो उनका मैकेनिक वापस आया मैंने कंपनी को चिमनी की फोटोस बिल की कॉपी mail and WhatsApp नंबर भेजा बार-बार कांटेक्ट किया बार-बार इमेल किया हो फिर भी रिप्लाई नहीं आया उस पर मैंने कंजूमर कोर्ट का लिखा तब भी उनका रिप्लाई नहीं आया इसलिए complaint कर रहा हूं
