Croma - Defective product

Dear concern,
This is important to bring you in notice that I have been sold defective machine of Bosch . All information provided too were wrong at time of purchase.
Machine is not performing well nor clothes are in good condition after washing.
Wear n tear, angle triangle, no spots going, all surf liquid on drum after full wash, sometimes auto start n water remain etc.
I have complaint several times and * times technician visited and checked as per the process * hours per visit and final decision is about to give as resolution which am not getting yet. Even I am told by technician not to use so how I manage my routines?
Why I paid for this machine when it is of no use and imp many clothes got teared so I would claim for that too. Don’t give so much of harassment to a customer . I will publicly post my reviews and take legal action for wrong products sake by Croma and Bosch company and no resolution.
