Amazon Prime - Defective Package Delivered

I have order Realme Narzo Phone from Amazon online Shopping on **th Sept ****.
That phone came by default as a damaged product. The same day I charged the phone, it charged upto **% but it never went above **%. After that we tried charging it again but it never charged, now it's totally drained out and power is off. Whenever we plug the charger it shows that it is charging but it never charge, seems battery is damaged already by product.
We need replacement with new phone.
Raising this request because Amazon is not at all helping me out, I asked them to provide me replacement on Saturday, they said that they will send and technician for inspection *st so they scheduled an technician for Tuesday instead of Monday. Today I am calling that technician and now he is not receiving the calls. Not getting whom to reach out. I called customer support of amazon now, and again they are re-scheduling the technician again.
Please help me in getting this sorted.
