Lg - Defective LG Fridge No Response from Customer Support

I bought a new LG Fridge in December **, It malfunctioned (stopped cooling) in April **. Customer supported took **-** days to repair and *-* Service Engineer visits to get it rectified. I realized that it was partially fixed as it had some unusual noise which kept bugging us. after roughly ** days of this it stopped cooling again. I filed a complaint for this on ** th June **. They made me wait for a week a service engg visited, took video of the product and now I am still waiting for something to happen since last one week. I call them daily and they keep on extending the time line. No help has been provided and as a customer I have lost all hopes. Kindly help.
