Knowing the reputation of hp, i decided to purchase a new laptop hp ** cx****tx...

I wanted to purchase this laptop only and not any other one so i decided to place the order and wait for * days to recieve the laptop.

On September * ,**** , i recieved my laptop and complained to them on september *, **** after using for days i realised the laptop was not as efficient in terms of battery backup as it should have been considering the price range. Since we humans cant decide whether the battery is ok or not in binary terms ,obviously i need time to judge whether the battery is ok or not so i kept on using and after proper assesment ,i realised i am sure that battery is not ok.

I contacted hp support team again on september ** ,**** and informed that i am not getting proper battery backup and they kept me waiting for another * days and then they arranged an engineer visit. During the engineer visit, the engineer informed that the battery needs to be replaced and assured me that it would take * day for him to arrange the battery hence i agreed.

But little did i know that i was taken for granted ... i have been

only getting estimate dates regarding the procurement of the battery.

Its october **,**** and i am nowhere near to the status of procurememt of the battery of my new laptop.

I was provided with this defective laptop hence it should be replaced with a new one but still i agreed for the repair but since the repair is also taking a long time, i realise its high time that hp takes a proper action on it.
