Reburfix se laptop ***** ka liya jab aaya to pta chala cd rom working me nahi hai, charger duplicate or broken hai, keypad loose hai or auto shut down problem hai. Vapis bhejne per inherited refund ko kha to bole ki upgrade de dety hai difference amount payment kar do. I agree but bina mujhse puchey na pics send ki na congregation discuss same HP model send kar diya. Customer care ko kuch pta nahi.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
