two mattresses are ordered of springtek and centuary matress.
centuary mattress length was less than *".
complaint raised through customer care then they sent technician of M/s jeeves, vizag.
both flipkart and jeeves are not resolved the issue and closing my complaint many times with lies and trying to forcible acceptance short length centuary mattress. mailed to them with photos but no reply.
kindly help in this matter for refund or replacement with ordered length of **".
