I had purchased a Dell Inspiron **** on **th August from Ahmedabad and later on **rd of August I found that this piece is defective. As I was in Mumbai at that time, I decided to comeback and return it. I purchased this laptop from Relience Digital and when I claimed them they are like go to sell service centre. After spending * hours at service centre I didn't found any solution and they said me to deposit my laptop. But the thing I was expecting was replacement but you frauds don't want to repair it. You Dell executive had done all the hardware and mic test but still my laptop sounds that same "Defective".
On **th I just submitted my laptop to Relience digital and asked for replacement. They have submitted my laptop to same Dell service centre in Ahmedabad and still I didn't receive any reply
Today when I called the dell service centre guy, he said me that it will take * more days to identify the problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
