I ordered Apple iPhone** (Green, *** GB) from Flipkart during their Big Billion Day sale on **-Sep-****. I received the product on **-Sep-****. The product was damaged/defective physically - there were clearly visible scratches on the top left pane of the phone close to its screen.
I raised replacement request via Flipkart customer care. Flipkart reached back to me via email on **-Sep-**** demanding a few specific pictures of the product and its packaging. I shared the same with them on **-Sep-**** . Flipkart wrote back to me again on **-Oct-**** telling me that the pictures could not be validated (however, I had shared a clear set of pictures), and requesting me to share them again. I re-shared a fresh set of pictures with them on **-Oct-****. I had kept calling them everyday since the day I raised the complaint for resolution, but I did not get it. I wrote back to them on **-Oct-****, but I did not receive any mail back from them. Later, I simply saw a notification in the Orders section of the Flipkart account, that the replacement request was rejected. I called them up again, but I did not receive any resolution. This has caused a lot of mental agony and dissatisfaction to me as this is a high value product for me.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
