i am writing this, with respect to ac(carrier hybridjet *.* ton * star bee rating **** inverter ac - white) order no : od******************, which is placed during big million days(id used, is of prakhar gupta, prkhr*u@gmail.com)
we have received the order well on time .however, we have received wrong indoor & outdoor unit as follows.
my indoor unit is: **k ester cyclojet(* star) - h.
my outdoor unit is: **k ester pro inv.(* star).
the carrier installation team came yesterday(**th oct) and installed the ac. after installing the ac, they told us that the indoor & outdoor units are incompatible and wrong units have come and hence they are not functioning.
we have already paid for the accessories along with the installation. installation has already taken place at my home.
we have contacted with your customer support team and after multiple calls spanning over a day, the final solution they have given us is for a refund.
we do not want a refund, but want a replacement as:
*) we have already incurred installation charges
*) my house has undergone changes due to the installation
*) the price at which i ordered the product is no longer available, it will now cost us more to take any other product.
*) flipkart's refund policy clearly states that only replacement will be allowed and does not allow for any refunds.
in view of this, i request the team to arrange for a replacement unit either from flipkart/ seller.
we have already undergone enough agony for this ac, and wants a quick resolution for the same.
