Myntra - Defected Product supplied and not willing to return or exchange

I had placed an order for Kook N Keech Black Printed Detail Track Pants from Myntra. When i received the product the leg portion of the pants were torn. I got the *st defected product replaced. When I received the *nd replacement, that was defected product. This time when i request for a replacement they rejected it saying that it was sent after strict inspection but it was torn in the left pocket. Even since they are rejecting replacement request. i have called them multiple number of times but they keep sending me declined messages only through E-Mail. Thus I am fight for this as i have paid money for a good product and received a defected one.
