I have ordered symphony diet *D air cooler on **th April, they have delivered damaged product on **th April, immediately I have requested for return the defected product.
They have started calling me and every time different executives calls me but no proper solution provided.
I have ordered paid product, my amount was stucked with them. This is to be treated as customer harrasment and worst customer service.
They didn't understand the customer situation, the weather and the need of customer.
Also they haven't compansate the error done by them.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
