Upasna Verma filed complaint against Lenskart on Mar 8, 2020
I had placed a order for power eyeglassess for my daughter and after some times there was sone defect in glasses. Gave to lenskart for replacement in January and when glasses came again they were defected , very poor quality scratches on glasses. Again went for replacement, again they were defected.
This has been repeating for * times. I had mailed them and ask for refund since they are incapable to provide me quality glasses even after * attempts. Company not providing refund, they are also not willing to compensate for the trouble, inconvenience I m facing for last two months.
Becoz of lenskart failure to deliver proper eyeglassess I had to purchase new glasses from market.
So lenskart I had to spend extra money and face trouble on account of your failure to provide quality glasses.

Already everything is on mail and still no refund and compensation provided
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
